REFUND/ RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our items. All sales are FINAL! There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from your order, or incorrect product please contact customer service via email. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are happy to assist with all questions via email or reach us via all social media platforms with any GENERAL INQUIRY

PROCESSING TIME FOR SHIPPING:

Orders will ship 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and major USA holidays) after you order (excluding any preorders). Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10AM to 10PM EST. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (this excludes weekends and major USA holidays) and customer service is available during hours of operation. Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions such as but not limited to: total distance between us and you, whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (anywhere outside the USA), post office closure or emergency circumstances. 

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email or text message. All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors such as: domestic vs international shipments, selected shipping method, & reshipment. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. If your package has been confirmed via USPS and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage packages. If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping cost) once it is confirmed that Hazel Rayne has received the product OR we can resend the item with the correct address however the customer is responsible for the shipping cost that would need to be covered.
